GGorQQ.com (hereinafter referred to as) is owned by Gambad Online Game Services.

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. By using our services you are accepting that you are aware of all the terms of use and the content of this document. If you have any concerns or disagree with the proposed terms of use in any way, and hence do not want to accept our terms, you are welcome to contact us regarding the issue so that it may be discussed.

1. General terms of use.
1.1. GGorQQ sells online game services. We do not claim to be the owners or representatives of the trademarks, brands and intellectual properties of others – they remain the property of their original copyright owners.
1.1.1. GGorQQ, makes no representations in regards to the use, ownership, or transfer of Riot Games', or their affiliate's, intellectual property and the customer is fully aware of that case.
1.1.2 League of Legends is a registered trademark of Riot Games, Inc. GGorQQ is in no way affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by Riot Games, Inc.
1.2. The process by which our service will be carried out differs depending on the game and service requested by the customer. All orders will be finished within a reasonable time frame. If we fail to meet your expectations regarding the quality and speed of our service, you – our customers, may contact us and request that another booster finish your order. 
1.3. All products and services available on the Site are delivered via digital delivery means such as email or in-game services.
1.4. The Site does not offer any physical products or property.
1.5. GGorQQ does not guarantee that the descriptions of all or any products displayed on the site are 100% accurate. This is mainly due to the difficulty inherent with operating within a proposed time limit. However, we have done our best to explain the content on the Site and its services and correctly and realistically as possible.
1.6. GGorQQ reserves the right to change or alter any of the Site’s content, conditions, terms, or policies,as well as our respective extensions,at any time and without notice. By using any service that the Site offers, you agree that GGorQQ not be liable or accountable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the services.

1.7. Power Leveling & Boosting.
1.7.1. The Power Leveling Service & Boosting is provided by GGorQQ to temporary access your account and character.
1.7.2. The process for power leveling will differ by game & service purchased. Refer to specific product information for details. 
1.7.3. Your character/account will not be used to steal, harass, cause grief or involve itself in anything improper that will tarnish the reputation of your character/account.
1.7.4. GG or QQ can not be held responsible for any account restrictions due to services such as powerleveling or boosting, yet GG or QQ is responsible for taking necessary measures to prevent these.
1.8. Payments.
1.8.1. You may pay for the Services in such currency that is available on the Portals in accordance with the prevailing exchange rate determined by GGorQQ at its absolute discretion.
1.8.2. You shall be solely liable to make payments and applicable taxes, if any, in relation to and in connection with the usage of the Services (or any of them) through the Account.
1.8.3. GGorQQ shall have the absolute discretion to cancel any payment request made by you without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
1.8.4. GGorQQ shall be entitled to vary or modify or remove the modes of payment available on the Portals (or any of them) at any time without prior notice to you.
1.8.5. GGorQQ staff may ask for your national id, e-mail confirmation, phone confirmation etc. regarding to prevent friendly fraud issues. If you don't provide any of the requested, your payment will be refunded to you after expenses are reduced.
1.9. Concerning refunds.
1.9.1 For virtual goods and services there is little option for refunds to be issued. Any possibility of a refund is at the sole discretion of the Site’s owner.
1.9.2. However in the event where a service is not delivered as promised, or other conditions are not met pertaining to the order, the customer may contact us via email or skype within 48 hours of the finishing of the order, or while the order is in progress .
1.9.3. In the event where an order is cancelled prior to being processed and started by our staff the customer will be refunded 75% of the original order cost once they have contacted us and finalized the cancellation (transaction fees are at the expense of the customer).
1.9.4. In the event where your order has been started, but not finished, you will have the right to receive store credit (equal to the monetary value of the unfinished portion of the order), which you can use for your future orders on the Site. In cases of extreme inaccuracy between what has been ordered and what has been provided a refund can be requested for the portion of the service which was not completed, calculated on the base of percentage completion of your order and percentage remaining.
1.9.5. Any payment dispute or third-party mediation started by you without contacting us in advance will result in cancellation of your order and no refund.
1.9.6 GGorQQ gives you a limited license to access the Site with the sole purpose to purchase or use the services and products offered for  personal use only.
1.9.7. GGorQQ does not permit without obtaining our prior written consent to do the following: downloading, reproducing, duplicating, copying any content of GGorQQ such as (including but not limited to): product listings, descriptions, prices; using or framing any trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information ; using ” hidden text ” utilizing GGorQQ name or trademarks; or any exploitation of the content for commercial or inappropriate purpose.
1.9.8. The compilation of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of GGorQQ
1.9.10. All software used on the Site is the property of GGorQQ or its software suppliers and is protected by law.
1.9.11. All backgrounds and artwork found here on the front page and the front page slider are believed to be in the "public domain", or we have otherwise previously asked their respectful owners to use them for this purpose. We give credit to Riot Games and Blizzard Entertainment and Valve for the character artworks and any derivatives.
1.9.12. We do not intend to infringe upon any intellectual right. Our sole purpose is to give our clients the chance to evolve and grow in different games, providing them the opportunity to play in a more competitive environment and on the level they deserve. If your works have been used inappropriately on the Site - please make sure you contact us and we will immediately fix the problem. GGorQQ is firm on its stance that the original copyright holders of different pieces of art should be protected, and we will assist you in any way that we can to protect what is rightfully yours. We respect copyright, and remove copyrighted materials as soon as we are notified of them.
1.9.13 GGorQQ may also include links and pointers to Internet sites maintained by third parties. We do not operate or control any information, products or services appearing on or offered through these third-party sites, nor are we responsible for examining or evaluating these third-party sites, and we do not assume any responsibility or liability for any actions, products, or content related to these third-party sites.
1.9.14 GGorQQ isn’t endorsed or in any way affiliated with Riot Games or Blizzard Entertainment or Valve and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games and Blizzard Entertainment and Valve or anyone officially involved in producing or managing League of Legends, Hearthstone and Heroes of the Storm, Dota 2, Counter Strike, Valve.

2. Customers Duties.
2.1. You, as customer, are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with involvement of a parent or guardian. GGorQQ reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
2.2. GGorQQ is not associated with Riot Games or any unauthorized entity in any way, shape, or form. GGorQQ, warns any customer or potential customer to refrain from violating, infringing, or making any illegal action in regards the intellectual property rights of Riot Games or any unauthorized entity.
2.3. By entering our website, or any extension of this site, or our Facebook page or any forum related to our service, and looking at any content within the Site(s), Forum(s) or information concerning GGorQQ, you declare under penalty of perjury and under the laws of any country under the Europe Union Laws, that you are not employed or affiliated with Riot Games and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries.
2.4. You agree to cooperate with any investigation of GGorQQ regarding fraudulent or improper activities such as (including but not limited to):, false claims regarding non-receipt of products or services, fraudulent charge backs, stealing of property or ideas belonging to or entrusted to GGorQQ.
2.5. Customers accept by using our services that they are aware and know what you are paying for, and that the Service you are paying for matches your in-Game information. If there are errors in the information you provide when purchasing service from us may result in delay of your boost or reducing the amount of wins/divisions/ranks that you wanted to the amount that the price paid by you matches the correct information of your account.
2.6. Customers accept that if you have insulting, offending, harassing etc. behaviour while getting coaching service, GGorQQ reserves the right to terminate the transaction and refuse to refund.
2.7. You agree to indemnify and hold GGorQQ and its employees, harmless from any claims, demands, losses or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, due to or arising out of your use of our services, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
2.8. Customers accept that by buying our Service you are aware that you cannot dispute any purchase with GGorQQ after the Service is done or the service has been partially completed, and that you as a customer cannot violate the rules of ChargeBacks stipulated in any payment method provided on the Site.
2.9. Customers accept the boosters reserve the right to change your in-game settings and specifics of the games we provide service for, so that they might perform to the best of their abilities.
2.10. You accept not to play any ranked games while your orders are in progress, or in any way attempt to hinder the progress of your order. If you don’t follow this rule, we reserve the right to mark your order as completed without refund or to finish your order after reducing your boost with the amount of ranked games you have played. Exceptions can be made only for “per win” orders after consulting with your personal booster in advance.
2.11. Customers purchasing services for League of Legends that have failed to add correct information about their LP gain will be required to pay extra in direct relation to the difference between the prices of the incorrect information and the accurate one according to our price lists.
2.12. Customers, accept that if you start a chargeback or open a claim after the order has gone through or the service has started or been completed you are in direct breach of GGorQQ terms of use, and are legally bound to either close the chargeback/claim or pay back the same amount in addition to a fee determined by GGorQQ, no less than $50 and no more than twice the original amount. Should you fail to abide by either option, you, the customer, accept full liability in a court of law as determined by European Trade Laws.  
2.13. Customer, accept that your bill will be sent to a debt collectors agency if you charge back a payment for a service that has been completed or if your payment does not go through our system properly (Paypal system error, GGorQQ system error, Paymentwall system error), and you accept that you will have to pay extra fees covering both the collectors agency and any other unforseen costs in regards to your chargeback.   
2.14. Customers agree that GGorQQ will not be held responsible for any actions following our service taken by Riot Games or Blizzard Entertainment or Valve on your account, including, but not limited to: suspensions, restrictions, banning or any further method of penalization. Refunds will not be given in these cases.
2.15. Failure to abide by our terms of use may result in a premature cancellation of your service or additional charges.
2.15. Third-Party Terms of Service
2.15.1. As a customer you recognize you are willingly violating the Terms of Service of any game by purchasing power leveling and/or providing account information to a third party. 
2.15.2. The act of power leveling and/or the methods used may/do violate the TOS/EULA for any game. Please consult the website of the game in which you play for the TOS/EULA you agreed to upon purchase and logging in.

3. Customer rights.
3.1. Customers have the right to contact our live support or admins at any time if a problem with their current or future order arises.
3.2. Customers have the right to monitor their order progress and communicate with their personal boosters for additional information.
3.3. Customers have the right to request changing of their booster only if their current one is not performing at the expected level or is delaying the completion of their order for an unreasonable amount of time without excuse.
3.4. Customers have the right to rate, comment and give feedback on our service.
3.5. Customers have the right to pre-request booster that they like best. However if the chosen booster is too occupied, we’ll switch it to someone else.
3.6. Customers with limited rights provided by GGorQQ can view all parts of the Site (visible and available to clients) and are permitted to voice their opinions on them and in cases of errors, bugs, or inaccuracy of the information contact the admins to request maintenance.
3.7. If our boosters offer you service that GGorQQ provides, without using the Site (private boosting/coaching) and you have proof of that – please contact us and we will make sure you get an appropriate reward for that.
3.8. Customers can contact the admins with demand to remove content that is their copyright.

 

Additional Terms and Conditions

When you use G2A Pay services provided by G2A.COM Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "G2A Pay services provider") to make a purchase on our website, responsibility over your purchase will first be transferred to G2A.COM Limited before it is delivered to you. G2A Pay services provider assumes primary responsibility, with our assistance, for payment and payment related customer support. The terms between G2A Pay services provider and customers who utilize services of G2A Pay are governed by separate agreements and are not subject to the Terms on this website.

With respect to customers making purchases through G2A Pay services provider checkout, (i) the Privacy Policy of G2A Pay services provider shall apply to all payments and should be reviewed before making any purchase, and (ii) the G2A Pay services provider Refund Policy shall apply to all payments unless notice is expressly provided by the relevant supplier to buyers in advance. In addition the purchase of certain products may also require shoppers to agree to one or more End-User License Agreements (or "EULAs") that may include additional terms set by the product supplier rather than by Us or G2A Pay services provider. You will be bound by any EULA that you agree to. We and/or entities that sell products on our website by using G2A Pay services are

primarily responsible for warranty, maintenance, technical or product support services for those Products. We and/or entities that sell products on our website are primarily responsible to users for any liabilities related to fulfillment of orders, and EULAs entered into by the End-User Customer. G2A Pay services provider is primarily responsible for facilitating your payment. 

You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.
